Submitting a quote request doesn't create a contract. Every job is scoped to the property, and final pricing depends on home size, surfaces, condition, access, and the services included. A written estimate we provide after assessing your property supersedes any general pricing shown on this site.

Estimates are valid for the period stated on them. If no period is stated, they're valid for 30 days.

Appointment times are confirmed directly with you. Weather and site conditions can affect exterior work, and we'll reschedule with you if conditions aren't safe or suitable.

You agree to provide safe access to the work areas and to let us know about any known hazards, delicate surfaces, or special concerns before work begins.

Payment terms are stated on your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when the work is completed.

We stand behind our work and will make reasonable efforts to address any concern about services we've performed. To the extent permitted by law, Armor Home Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
